Now, we’re hiring a Regional Operations Manager to lead 6-10 general dentistry practices across the expanding region in Coastal North Carolina. Think of yourself as the connective tissue—driving results, building team culture, and setting the tone for operational excellence.

Lead and inspire Practice Managers + teams across 6 locations
Identify pain points and turn them into performance wins
Hire, coach, mentor, and grow your people—that’s your superpower
Review KPIs, tackle P&Ls, and create smart strategies that actually work

What You Bring to the Table:
Based in or around Charlotte, NC, and willing to travel to multiple practices
5+ years in multi-site dental or high-volume healthcare operations
