Responsibilities
Brainstorm and develop design concepts that align with strategic goals outlined in creative briefs.
Generate high-quality layouts and visual solutions for a range of agency and client projects.
Collaborate with copywriters to ensure visual and verbal storytelling work seamlessly together.
Select, retouch, and manipulate images to elevate creative concepts.
Prepare accurate, production-ready files for both digital and print deliverables.
Use Adobe Creative Suite to design across multiple media formats and support other designers when needed.
Partner with art directors and copywriters to create and deliver dynamic presentations.
Participate in occasional client discussions to help bring ideas to life.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of design experience, preferably in an advertising or marketing agency environment.
Proven concepting and design skills with a strong sense of typography, layout and visual hierarchy.
Experience designing across multiple channels including print, digital, social, experiential, video and more.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while staying organized.
Naturally curious, open to feedback, and motivated to grow and learn new skills.
Strong attention to detail and process.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
Experience with After Effects or Premiere is a plus.
