Position Overview:
At Freddie Mac, you will do important work to build a better housing finance system and you’ll be part of a team helping to make rental housing more accessible and affordable across the nation. The Technology & Operational Risk department within the Multifamily (MF) division is looking for a highly motivated and collaborative leader to drive how the Technology, Business, and Enterprise organizations collaborate.
Our Impact:
- Work with multiple organizations and connecting the dots with regards to priorities and any overlaps and impacts to MF Technology’s roadmaps
- Collaborate and drive engagement with various levels of Enterprise teams and Business stakeholders across the organization, finding and building relationships with the appropriate stakeholders
- Quickly and effectively assess impact to MF Technology priorities based on various requests from multiple teams and ask the hard questions
- Advocate for MF Technology with the Enterprise organizations and Business to ensure our priorities are understood and represented

- Put together executive summaries, overviews of roadmaps, financials, and priorities that can be communicated within the MF Technology & Business organizations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience driving prioritization, negotiations, and strategy milestones across multiple Enterprise organizations
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience engaging with Enterprise organizations and IT stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in any technology discipline or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred.
- Project Management: Project (for roadmaps)
- Presentation Skills: Visio and PowerPoint, Word
- Data Analysis: Excel
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $122,000 - $184,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
