Brief Role Description

Are you motivated to gain practical experience and would you like to prepare yourself optimally for your professional career? Then play an active role in the further development of our processes and standards – in an international automotive development environment. 

 

As a working student in the field of process and quality management, you will support the optimization of business and development processes as well as the continuous improvement of our quality management system - with practical relevance and room for your own ideas.

Possible Tasks within this Role

  • Analysis, modelling and optimisation of business and development processes (in interdisciplinary cooperation with the specialist department)
  • Administrative support, optimization and maintenance of our central process management tool
  • Further development, documentation and maintenance of the quality management system in accordance with the current ISO 9001
  • Participation in the conversion of the quality management system to future ISO 9001 versions

Qualification requirements

  • You are enrolled in a degree programme with a technical or economic focus.
  • You have an interest in process management and the continuous development of systems and standards. 
  • Ideally, you have gained initial experience with process modeling and management systems. 
  • You are open to digital tools and have the confidence to administratively support and further develop the company-wide process management tool (Stages). 
  • You have strong analytical thinking, strong communication skills and enjoy interdisciplinary cooperation. 
  • You show initiative, willingness to learn and have the motivation to familiarize yourself with new topics independently. 
  • You have a very good knowledge of German and English.
  • You are willing to work on site one or two days a week.
  • You plan to work with us for 20 hours a week.
