Arobas Personnel is looking for an Enterprise Data Management Specialist for a contract position with one of its clients located in Montreal.

Main responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to enhance knowledge and strengthen enterprise-wide data management capabilities.
 - Apply organizational change management techniques to smoothly implement new practices, templates, tools, and processes.
 - Support business data owners and stewards in assessing and improving their data maturity level, guiding them along their tailored roadmaps.
 - Implement effective methods, tools, and processes to ensure the highest data quality, while evaluating the impact on cross-functional business units.
 - Oversee the creation and maintenance of master data standard operating procedures, data object and element policies, and performance metrics.
 - Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats.
 
Requirements:
- Experience in large-scale organizations (10,000+ employees).
 - Senior-level expertise in Enterprise Data Management strategy and operations.
 - Proven ability to design and establish a Data Management framework, define its processes, and communicate its service offerings.
 - Hands-on experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and related services within operational and project contexts.
 - Familiarity with Agile principles and experience redesigning delivery models for greater efficiency and agility.
 - Strong understanding of Data Migration and Conversion methodologies.
 - Leadership in guiding and developing employees through change and growth.
 - 10+ years of total experience in data migration, master data management, or data governance, including leading migration and conversion projects.
 - 5+ years of experience in complex data ecosystems with SAP or a similar ERP.
 - 5+ years of people management experience.
 - Experience with Data Migration/Conversion platforms (e.g., Syniti ADM).
 - Proficiency with SQL, Collibra, and Informatica or similar Data Quality tools.
 
Assets:
- Experience in data governance and platform development.
 - Background in manufacturing, transportation, automotive, or aerospace industries.
 - Experience working in international, multi-site organizations.
