As a Service Delivery Manager within Cyber Protection – Detect & Prevent team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of security services, ensuring operational excellence, stakeholder satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. You will lead cross-functional coordination, manage vendor relationships, and drive continuous improvement in cyber security areas of Database Activity Monitoring (DAM), Endpoint Detect and Response (EDR), Web Application Firewall (WAF), and other relevant services.
Your responsibilities:
- Service delivery of assigned security services, ensuring timely execution, quality, and compliance.
- Coordinate and prioritize team activities, ensuring workload balance and alignment with strategic goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across technical, security, and business teams.
- Monitor and assess service performance, track and report KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and accessible service documentation, ensuring transparency and audit readiness.
- Plan, track and drive onboarding of assets to ensure security coverage and compliance.
- Ensure risk, regulatory, and audit requirements are considered and met across all service activities.
- Support internal and external audits and regulatory assessments and coordinate remediation thereof.
- Manage vendor relationships, including contract oversight, financial tracking, onboarding/offboarding, and escalation handling.
- Develop and maintain a demand tracker and book of work, building a roadmap that aligns service capabilities with organizational needs across all relevant environments.
- Collaborate closely with peer Service Delivery Manager within the Unit (e.g. with topics like Data Leakage Protection and Data Security) and across Cyber Protection to ensure coverage, flexibility, and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to strategic planning and implementation of new initiatives and service enhancements.
Your profile:
- University degree in IT, business informatics, or comparable education.
- Proven experience in information security management, ideally within the financial industry or comparable regulated business environment.
- Strong project management skills with flexibility in applying different approaches according to requirements (e.g. agile).
- Demonstrated ability to structure complex matters and drive to resolution.
- Experience in DAM, EDR, WAF, or similar domains is a plus.
- Leadership skills to build and motivate cross-organizational collaboration to follow ideas and direction.
- Ability to structure your own work and know how to organize the work of others.
- Proven decision-making capability in dynamic situations and environments.
- Ability to present structured options and proposals to senior management.
- Relevant certifications in security management and project management such as ITIL, PMP, or similar are a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and engage with professionals of all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical skills, reliability, and sense of ownership.
- Ability to firmly present complex topics clearly and effectively to small and large audiences.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; German is a plus.
Additionally, you need to be a team player with good communication skills, highly motivated and flexible.
