The strategic objective for TAS is to expand into the corporate and private equity markets where work-winning is based more on a combination of content-lead account management and delivery rather than the traditional execution-only role with work-winning being primarily a Partner responsibility. The successful implementation of this go-to-market route requires a senior team that has the experience and appetite to challenge traditional models.
Navigating Responsibilities:
- As part of the TAS team, you will be involved on the execution of buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity, lender, and corporate clients, assuming responsibility for the execution of those tasks or areas assigned to you. Assisting to identifying issues (quality of earnings, working capital considerations, debt and debt-like items) for purchase price reductions, deal restructuring, or deal termination;
- Managing and contributing to cover areas of the report-writing process
- Advise clients on post-acquisition steps to achieve anticipated earnings/cash flow improvement; and
- Work closely with the broader Kroll team to ensure the application of sound project management principles and quality assurance at all stages and phases of projects
The Ideal Candidate:
- Current Degree Pursuit: Bachelor or Master’s degree in finance, economics or engineering.
- Background: Relevant previous auditing experience (1-2 years). Additional experience in Transaction Advisory Services / Corporate Finance or any other related financial area will be highly valued.
- Task Prioritization: Highly motivated with the ability to work a demanding schedule in an entrepreneurial and highly professional environment. Prioritize tasks in a collaborative team environment.
- Communication Skills: Superior interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Team player, honest, open-minded, meticulous, responsible, flexible and client focused.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Language Skills: High command of English and Spanish. Other languages will be highly valued.
