Spread the knowledge about Valeo quality products by giving professional training sessions to Valeo sales reps, distributors, wholesalers and garages
Technical tutorials recording to be ready to share with digital team for garages weekly communication
Customers face to face training plan coordination with Techcare Manager and Sales team with priority on VSE strategic customers
Tech Academy face to face technical training preparation and deploy according to Tech Academy annual plan agreed with VSE customer Groups
Collaboration for adaptation and communication on Technical Bulletins prepared at central level and also specific ones for spanish market
TAP registration in VC4U in a monthly basis to formalize all training performed under trainer responsibility
