What awaits you
- Innovative Data Science Solutions
Use your analytical mindset and creative thinking to develop the next generation of Data Science solutions for our clients — for example, by leveraging Generative AI technologies. - Monetization and Value Creation from Data
As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will focus on identifying improvement opportunities and developing analytics strategies, operating models, and value architectures to help clients monetize their existing data assets. - Scaling Data-Driven Solutions
Your work will center on the identification, design, testing, industrialization, and scaling of data-driven use cases in close collaboration with our clients. - Implementation of Client-Centric Analytics Solutions
You will work closely with client decision-makers to ensure that the Analytics and Artificial Intelligence solutions developed are successfully implemented in real-world environments.
What we are looking for
- Successful completion of a relevant Master’s or PhD degree in fields such as Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or Business Administration
- First practical experience in Data Science and knowledge in areas such as Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, or Generative AI; several years of experience are a plus
- Good expertise in statistical modelling (in Python or R) and familiarity with common frameworks such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch, as well as experience in data aggregation (e.g. SQL, Spark)
- Additional advantage: knowledge of databases (e.g. MS SQL, Oracle, Postgres, MongoDB, Neo4j), BI and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Qlik), and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform)
- Willingness to travel for projects, ability to work independently, strong communication skills in German and English, and a high level of client orientation
