Essential Functions of Role:
This is a “hands on” production operation role.
- Establish and maintain a good working relationship with USDA and QA, and under the supervision of a foreman
This role is responsible for working safely and efficiently with your foreman
- Record all racks for inventory purposes
- Loading and unloading of floor racks into ovens and blast cells
- Perform other duties as assigned by oven foreman
Qualifications:
- Must be a self-motivator with strong work ethics
- Must maintain perfect attendance
- Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions
- Must have basic math and computer skills
- Must be able to implement all rules and procedures established by the HACCP and SSOP programs
- Must be detailed oriented
- Must be able to write, speak and communicate in English with the USDA and QA
- Must be able to work safely and in a team environment
- Must be able to wear all necessary Personal Protective Wear required while performing role:
- Protective Eye wear
- Ear plugs
- Hard hat/ bump cap
- Hairnet
- White and Blue coats
- Gloves
- And all other required PPE’s

- Must be able to physically perform the essentials functions of the role as outlined
- Must be able to twist, bend, reach, and stand/walk for 8 hours or the duration of the shift, in a wet cold environment
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to move floor rack up to 2500 lbs.
