Project Based Brand Protection Analyst at Synoptek

The Brand Protection Analyst will be responsible for monitoring, detecting, and mitigating online threats to the company’s brand, products, and intellectual property. This role involves analyzing digital risks across social media, e-commerce, and dark web platforms, while coordinating with internal security, legal, and marketing teams to enforce takedowns and protect brand integrity.

• Monitor online channels for counterfeit products, phishing, impersonation, and brand misuse.
• Utilize ZeroFox and other digital risk protection tools to identify and assess emerging threats.
• Conduct open-source intelligence (OSINT) investigations and prepare incident reports.
• Collaborate with external partners and law enforcement to support enforcement actions.
• Track metrics and trends to measure brand protection effectiveness.
