🗓️ What You’ll Do

As our Surgical Scheduler, you’ll be the go-to coordinator for pediatric dental surgeries. You’ll work closely with families, hospitals, and our clinical team to ensure every procedure is scheduled smoothly and with care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule dental surgeries with affiliated hospitals and surgical centers
• Communicate clearly with parents/guardians about pre-op instructions, insurance, and follow-up care
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Collaborate with dentists, assistants, and front office staff to optimize scheduling
• Provide empathetic support to families throughout the surgical process

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Experience in dental or medical scheduling (preferred)
• Knowledge of insurance verification and authorization processes
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Familiarity with dental software systems (e.g., Dentrix, Open Dental)
• A calm, compassionate demeanor—especially when working with children and families
