Shipping/Receiving Clerk

Oxnard Toyota is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping/Receiving Clerk to support our dynamic Parts Department. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy keeping things organized, this is your opportunity to join a respected dealership with room to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming automotive parts and shipments
• Process and log incoming and outgoing shipments in the inventory system
• Accurately label and store items in the correct location
• Assist with stocking shelves and organizing the parts warehouse
• Handle returns, core tracking, and warranty parts processing
• Ensure all shipping/receiving paperwork is complete and accurate
• Communicate effectively with Parts Advisors and Technicians
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in shipping/receiving, preferably in an automotive setting preferred
• Familiarity with automotive parts and inventory systems a plus
• Basic computer skills and ability to use a parts management system
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

The Hourly Wage for this position is 20.00 plus benefits.
