WeCare is actively seeking a motivated Nursing Scheduler at SugarCreek Care Center for our community in Franklin, PA. Our Nursing Scheduler is a dedicated and organized individual.
Key Responsibilities
· Tracks and verifies all employee hours, overtime, and call outs daily.
· Ability to rearrange staff schedule.
· Manage the facility labor management process.
· Reviews and tracks requests for time off.
· Coordinates scheduling changes with management.
· Serves as a liaison with staff.
· Responds to emergency situations and calls offs to ensure coverage.
· Reconciles nursing timecard daily.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
· Long term care experience.
· Previous scheduling experience.
