Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the strategy for the tax and regulatory Managed Services, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities; provide sales and marketing support, develop pricing strategies, and lead responses to RFPs.
- Partner with business development teams to grow revenue across existing clients and expand into new markets.
- Monitor industry trends and customer needs to inform new product offerings and service enhancements.
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple managed services platforms, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and leverage technology to deliver greater scalability and margin improvement.
- Establish and track KPIs, SLAs, and financial performance metrics across service lines.
- Implement best practices in service delivery, risk management, and customer success.
- Establish and monitor product budgets.
- Lead and develop multiple functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
- Build high-performing teams by recruiting, mentoring, and retaining top talent.
- Champion cross-functional alignment between operations, technology, sales, and client service teams.
- Serve as executive sponsor for key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnership.
- Build structured client feedback loops and implement improvements based on insights.
- Maintain a relentless focus on customer retention and expansion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in scaling managed services in telecom, technology, or related industries.
- Demonstrated success in scaling and managing complex service operations with multiple product lines.
- Experience with maintaining and nurturing multiyear recurring revenue streams.
- Strong track record in business development, pricing strategy, and RFP leadership.
- Experience driving operational efficiency through process improvement and technology enablement.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire diverse teams.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L ownership.
- Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Travel: 10-20%.
