ABA Graduation Coordinator & Academic Support


 

The Graduation Coordinator oversees the preparation, scheduling, and interdepartmental coordination of the Abeka Academy graduation event. Projects related to graduation event or affiliated features are scheduled and overseen by the Graduation Coordinator. Maintains and improves on-going office projects, provides essential business research and reports, and offers support throughout the department and to the Assistant Principal for Academics.


 

Event Planning and Coordination

Organize and oversee all aspects of the graduation ceremonies and events, including venue selection, scheduling, and project logistics for both in-person and virtual events.

Communication and Liaison

Serve as a primary point of contact between faculty, staff, departments, and/or external vendors. Ensure clear communication regarding graduation requirements, schedules, and event details via calls, emails, and meetings.

Reporting and Tracking

Oversee post-graduation activities such as the collection of internal feedback, preparation of accounting reports, and inventory.

Assist with Office Duties

Happily works alongside team members while assisting with various office projects such as transcripts, grading, or records as assigned. Adds to a positive work environment and contributes to increased productivity due to a willingness to cooperate with other team members.

Education

Required Education:

College Degree Preferred Education: Master's Degree - Education


 

Work Experience

Required Experience:

2+ years at Abeka Academy, 2+ years in office management Preferred Experience: 1+ years in advanced technology


 

Physical Requirements and Skills

Communication, Detail-Oriented, Event Management, Organizing
