- Lead a hybrid team of 3 in-house developers and 2 vendor partners.
 - Architect and develop integrations between QuickBooks → Dynamics 365 → Site Tracker using APIs, Power Automate, Azure Functions, and other tools.
 - Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production integration issues.
 - Define and manage SLAs, error-handling routines, and escalation protocols.
 
- Own data migration strategy: mapping, cleansing, validating, and loading from Excel/QuickBooks into Dynamics 365 and Site Tracker.
 - Administer and configure the ERP system to support evolving business processes, including workflows, user roles, and system settings.
 - Ensure system security, manage user permissions, and document system configurations and processes.
 
- Lead the transition into an agile, product-focused ERP team: backlog grooming, sprint planning, code reviews, and new feature development.
 - Deliver enhancements, bug fixes, and performance improvements in both Dynamics 365 and Site Tracker environments.
 
- Partner with finance, HR, IT, and other business units to align system capabilities with organizational goals.
 - Train users and document best practices across ERP usage, integration points, and support workflows.
 - Support Salesforce-ERP data integration efforts, using SOQL and platform APIs.
 
- 10+ years overall experience in ERP deployment including Dynamics 365 experience.
 - Previous experience leading a Salesforce and D365 implementation.
- We are not looking for coders but a strong Project and People Manager who can see the bigger picture and is technical enough to monitor/check work of junior team members and create a winning project plan
