About the Role: Sales & Retention Representative
As a Sales & Retention Representative, you'll be on the front lines helping customers—combining top-tier customer service with performance-based sales. This is your chance to make a difference in people’s lives and earn big rewards.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Confidently promote and sell products and services
- Understand customer needs and recommend the best solutions to retain or upgrade their services
- Accurately process service changes and account updates
- Handle billing inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Complete service/save orders and negotiate when needed
- Provide an outstanding experience in every interaction
Qualifications

Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work onsite at our Beckley, WV location
