About the Role

As a Community Outreach Representative, you’ll represent client campaigns through face-to-face marketing, community events, and public engagement initiatives. You’ll help build awareness, inspire action, and strengthen connections between brands and local communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients and campaigns at local events and outreach activities

• Engage with community members to share information and build awareness

• Assist with event setup, registration, and promotional materials

• Provide friendly, informative, and professional service to the public

• Collaborate with team members to achieve outreach and engagement goals

• Collect feedback and help improve event performance

• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings

Preferred (but not required): Background in customer service, retail, hospitality, or event promotions.
