Front Desk Supervisor General Responsibilities:
- Supervise the day to day operations of the Front Desk
 - Operate the front desk and assist guests with needs
 - Manage the operations of the front desk including check in and check out
 - Answer the phone and direct calls in a friendly and professional manner
 - Train and monitor performance of front desk personnel and build a team
 - Maintain Knowledge of area, events and hotel offerings
 - Maintain good customer relations, answer questions, resolve concerns in a timely manner
 - Maintain communication between departments
 - Complete Administrative reports as requested

Requirements
Front Desk Supervisor Requirements Include:
- Minimum 1 year front desk operations experience
 - Supervisory experience a plus
 - Good interpersonal skills in person, written and over the phone
 - Fluent Communication in English both spoken and written
 - Ability to communicate in Spanish a plus
 - Schedule flexibility
 - Availability Nights, weekends and Holidays
 - Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
