Schedule:
Train on 1st Shift (7 AM – 3 PM) for the first 60 days
Transition to 2nd Shift (3 PM – 11 PM) or 3rd Shift (11 PM – 7 AM)
Must be flexible for off-shift or overtime work as needed

Key Responsibilities:
Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair pharmaceutical packaging equipment
Perform routine changeovers, cleaning, and setups to ensure production efficiency
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on multiple lines
Maintain detailed maintenance logs and documentation
Follow all cGMP, regulatory, and safety standards
Use lockout/tagout procedures and ensure proper equipment safety compliance
Train and mentor junior mechanics when needed
Occasionally operate equipment to support production goals
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment as a mechanic
Must obtain forklift certification within 6 months
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Basic math and computer literacy
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely handle up to 100 lbs with equipment
Comfortable working with raw materials, flammable/caustic substances, or in high-heat/wet environments
Experience with pharmaceutical or personal care manufacturing
