THE ROLE
The Director of Outlets oversees all aspects of daily operations across Pick & Cheese, The Bodega, and Pour My Beer, ensuring each concept delivers exceptional guest experiences and meets operational, financial, and service standards. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on leadership — driving excellence through people, systems, and execution.
The ideal candidate is an organized, hospitality-focused leader with strong business acumen, a deep understanding of multi-outlet operations, and a passion for culinary and beverage programs.
This role includes two weeks of onboarding and training in London, with housing and transportation provided.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Operational Leadership
- Oversee daily operations for Pick & Cheese, The Bodega, and Pour My Beer.
- Lead outlet teams to maintain consistency, efficiency, and excellence in service and product delivery.
- Partner with kitchen and front-of-house managers to ensure smooth daily execution and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor quality, cleanliness, and brand presentation across all outlets.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and compliance standards.
Financial & Inventory Management
- Manage outlet-level budgets, cost controls, and profitability targets.
- Oversee purchasing, inventory, and COGS for The Bodega and Pour My Beer.
- Track sales performance, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve margins.
- Support GM-level reporting and P&L analysis in partnership with the Shaver Hall General Manager.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor outlet leaders, fostering accountability, growth, and collaboration.
- Train team members on brand standards, hospitality practices, and operational systems.
- Maintain open collaborative communication between outlets and Shaver Food Hall leadership.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews for leadership and hourly team.
Guest Experience & Brand Culture
- Ensure each outlet reflects the distinct brand personality while maintaining the Shaver Food Hall standard of hospitality.
- Engage regularly with guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
- Collaborate with marketing and events teams to support activations, promotions, and seasonal programming.
- Champion a culture of hospitality, creativity, and operational excellence.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years of management experience in multi-outlet or hospitality group settings.
- Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage multiple teams and concepts simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of food, beverages, and retail operations.
- Experience with inventory systems, POS management, and budget control.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable, hands-on, and calm under pressure.
- Obtain valid Manager Serv Safe Certification

COMPENSATION
$85,000 - $105,000 + Bonus
