Amends and revises programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment. %3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3EConducts departmental orientation sessions for all new Patient Transport employees, provides performance feedback and ensures that all new employees have the skills and training needed to perform their job. %3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3EWorks with department Manager to solve specific training problems, conducts training appraisals at regular intervals. Directs and supervises the delivery of training and development programs. Maintains training records. %3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3EBuilds solid working relationships with all Patient Transporters, Lead Patient Transporters and all Supervisors.
