The Sales Manager – CASA is responsible for driving the growth of the deposit base, cross-selling financial products, and managing the overall performance and profitability of the branch. This role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of retail liabilities, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Drive enhancement of the deposit pool through acquisition and deepening of customer relationships.
Establish and maintain high standards of customer service delivery.
Achieve cross-sell targets for non-deposit products including mutual funds, insurance, and other third-party offerings.
Generate fee income through effective product penetration and customer engagement.
Oversee branch administration and ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance norms.
Manage productivity, performance, and morale of the branch team.
Take full ownership of the branch’s break-even and P&L performance.
Liaise with product, marketing, and other verticals for new product development, service enhancements, and sales initiatives.
