Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in program or project management.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA or Master's degree in Business Process Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines.
2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience in development and implementation of planning systems and processes.
Experience in data modeling, trend analysis, statistics, forecasting, or business insights.
Knowledge of financial and cost accounting practices, and sales and operations planning processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
Develop supply and demand models that seek to minimize total costs and inventories while maintaining/improving service levels.
Establish and utilize best methods (e.g., statistical models, processes, and software tools) in evaluating supply chain’s ability to meet customer demand.
Lead demand and supply planning meetings with cross-functional teams, reviewing supply, demand risks, mitigation options, and service level goals.
Develop and implement inventory control strategies to minimize costs and optimize inventory levels while meeting customer service goals, and present inventory recommendations to leadership, drive decision-making, and ensure clear communication with stakeholders across the supply chain.
Collaborate with teams to resolve supply chain issues, drive process improvements, and implement new capabilities.
