Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Summary: As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance client services. You will leverage new technologies and methodologies to address complex business challenges, all while maintaining a cloud-first and agile mindset. Your role will require you to engage in problem-solving and creative thinking to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet client needs effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance.- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to ensure efficiency and quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, AWS Architecture.- Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.- Familiarity with database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases.- Knowledge of cloud services and deployment strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.- This position is based in Pune.- A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
