About the role:
We are seeking a Senior Accountant – Corporate Finance who will collaborate closely with the financial team to oversee end-to-end accounting operations for the group company. This role will involve managing accounts receivable and payable, ensuring financial accuracy, and supporting strategic corporate finance initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end accounting and finance operations for India and USA entities, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and month-end closings.
 - Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC filings (India) and US GAAP, sales tax, federal/state regulations (USA).
 - Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and currency conversions.
 - Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with local and global standards.
 - Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and tax advisors in both India and the US.
 - Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
 - Ensure timely filing of returns, including TDS, GST, 26AS (India) and 1099, W-9, etc. (USA).
 - Support cash flow management, banking activities, and audit requirements.
 - Implement internal controls and recommend process improvements.
 
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA/CPA/CMA or equivalent qualification is a strong plus.
 - 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, with exposure to both Indian and US accounting practices.
 - Solid knowledge of Indian GAAP, US GAAP, and compliance regulations.
 - Experience in the IT industry or with companies having international operations is preferred.
 - Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho Books, or SAP.
 - Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 - Ability to work independently and handle cross-border collaboration across time zones.

Shift Timings: U.K. Shift (1:30 PM IST - 10:30 PM IST)
