Job Description:

VOLUNTEER SERVICES

Temp Staff Role: 4th floor Volunteer Services

Processes Popcorn project list for donor gifts of 600 boxed tins of popcorn

Pops popcorn, packs tins and boxes for mailing

Manages supplies

Helps manage volunteers who assist in daily packing and boxing for mailing

Works with Environmental Services to ensure room is cleaned daily 

Handles Developments cards and mailing labels

Research returns

Assists Donation Database Coordinator if and as needed

Partners with Mailroom in flow and output of boxes to be mailed
