Groomer at SNOW PARTNERS LLC

• Acquire the necessary skills to proficiently operate over the snow grooming and hauling vehicles including blade, and tiller operation.
• Assist with in field troubleshooting, light repair and general maintenance of department vehicles, implements and tools using vehicle write ups and operator log sheets.
• Perform assigned duties as required to support other mountain departments.
• Able to work rotating shifts at night in adverse weather conditions.
• Maintain a good attitude and good attendance during scheduled work time.
• Provide support for other mountain departments and special events.
• Learn company and industry grooming practices for ski trails and terrain parks as directed: grooming theory and techniques, changing snow and weather conditions, operating techniques and working around buildings, lifts and snowmaking equipment.
• Acquire knowledge of Mountain Creek's trail system: recommended hauling routes and roads, building and lift locations, ski trail names and numbers.
• Assist in set up and cleanup of special events as required.
• Accountable for safety and good housekeeping in work areas.
• Contribute to Team effort by performing other tasks assigned

Team Member Qualifications:

• Heavy equipment experience preferred
• Previous grooming experience preferred
• Able to ski or ride proficiently
• High School education or equivalent
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Mechanically inclined
