Residential Shift Supervisor at NFI Massachusetts Inc.

NFI Massachusetts Inc., a non-profit human services agency, is currently seeking a Residential Supervisor for its youth program located in Beverly, MA.

Our programs work with youth who are referred to us and are in need of temporary out-of-home placement. The Residential Supervisor is responsible for the overall day to day management of the group home including supervision of all direct care staff and individuals as assigned.

Status: Full Time

Hourly Rate: $25.00/hour

Some Duties Include:

• Oversight of Residential Counselors.
• Running structured program shifts.
• Administrative oversight of daily tasks and procures.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma required.
• At least one year of residential counselor experience working with a similar population.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Candidate must have the ability to work days, nights and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle is a must.
