MARKET DIRECTOR OF FOOD AND NUTRITIONAL SERVICES JOB SUMMARY:

Here at BridgePoint, the Market Director of Food and Nutritional Services will be responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of the Dietary Department, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local guidelines and regulations, company policies and procedures, to ensure that qualify food service and nutritional care is provided to the patients, employees, and guests in hospitals that are larger than 100 beds.

Qualifications


Education: High school graduate or equivalent. Bachelors’ Degree preferred.

Licenses/Certification: Food Handlers permit required. Registered Dietitian preferred. ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred.

Experience: Five years of progressive experience in food services. Three years’ experience in a management role. Experience in hospital food service preferred.
