Team Leader / Key Holder 

Hoffman Car Wash is a family-owned business that has been serving upstate New York for  60 years. We opened our Bennington, Vermont store in 2024 and are looking to add a Team Leader/Key Holder to our management team!  Come be apart of this great team. 

What’s In It For You?

• Starting rate of $21-$23 per hour (dependent on experience) plus the chance to earn an additional $1-$2/hour selling our popular unlimited wash program. Total hourly earnings up to $25/hour!  
• This is a full-time, year round position

What You Will Do

• Supervise a small group of employees.
• Will be a key holder and open or close store and be responsible for all associated tasks.
• Greet and assist customers as they drive into the car wash line.
• Sell and enroll customers in our Unlimited Plan while earning great commission.
• Guide vehicles onto the car wash conveyor.
• Clean and maintain facilities and grounds.
• All other duties assigned.

Do You Have?

• Prior supervisor or key holder experience preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and a team player.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong dependability.
• The ability to work opening, closing and mid-shifts.
