Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
As an Estimator, you will:
Analyze project requirements and specifications to develop cost estimates.
Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to ensure accurate and competitive proposals.
Use estimating software to calculate material, labor, and production costs for metal building components.
Prepare detailed and organized quotes and proposals for submission to customers.
Revise estimates as needed based on project changes or customer feedback.
Research materials and components to ensure accurate pricing and availability.
Maintain records of all estimates and historical data for reference.
Job duties include but are not limited to the above.
Required Education, Experience & Skills:
High School Diploma or GED; Associate degree or certification in estimating or related fields preferred.
2+ years of experience in estimating or cost analysis, preferably in manufacturing or metal building components.
Proficiency in MBS – Metal Building Software estimating program or similar software.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Legal work authorization in the United States (sponsorship will not be provided for this role).
Position based onsite.
