Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must be able to delegate work responsibilities to hourly employees to ensure the restaurant operates to company standards.
- Supervises hourly employees in the preparation of menu items to ensure compliance with all operations and sanitation standards.
- Supervises hourly employees to maintain a good level of guest service and to ensure orders are taken in a prompt, accurate and courteous manner. Resolve guest complaints as required.
- Prepares required administrative reports as it relates to the requirements of the shift i.e., checklist, cash reporting, inventory, employee clock in/out, etc.
- Responsible for ensuring that all equipment and restaurant facilities comply with maintenance standards and with health and sanitation codes.
- Must comply with all government regulations and company policies and procedures. Performs other responsibilities as directed by company policy/standards.
