If you’re customer-focused, detail-oriented, and enjoy working around heavy equipment, we want to meet you. Vermeer All Roads is hiring a Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for our service department, coordinating repairs, communicating timelines, and delivering a first-class customer experience. Prior service advisor experience is required; heavy equipment/heavy-duty background preferred.
Compensation
- $20–$25 per hour, based on experience
- Full-time, (weekdays).

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, act as liaison between customers and the dealership
- Schedule appointments and prepare estimates
- Advise on maintenance per manufacturer specifications
- Create, update, and document repair/work orders accurately
- Maintain strong customer relationships; drive retention and referrals
- Proactively update customers on status, estimate changes, and pickup timing
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Previous service writing/advisor experience required
- Heavy-duty/heavy equipment experience preferred
- Strong customer service, multitasking, prioritization, and efficiency skills
