The Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing & Communications team. This role will play a critical part in creating, cataloging, and managing the Foundation’s growing library of creative assets—including photography, video, graphics, and other marketing materials—within Microsoft SharePoint


The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational and communication skills, familiarity with digital file management, and a passion for supporting a creative, mission-driven marketing team. While the primary focus will be on developing the image and creative asset library, this role may also assist with other marketing coordination duties, including content support, campaign organization, and administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Asset Library Development: Build and organize a comprehensive image and creative asset library in Microsoft SharePoint, ensuring intuitive navigation, accurate tagging, and version control.


  • Metadata and File Organization:Create naming conventions, tagging structures, and folder hierarchies for photography, video, graphics, templates, and campaign materials to enhance accessibility and efficiency.


  • Collaboration:Work with Marketing/ Communications and Collections staff to gather and properly classify existing assets and develop processes for ongoing asset intake and management.


  • Documentation & Training: Create simple “how-to” guides and workflows for internal users to locate, upload, and manage assets within SharePoint.


  • Quality Control: Review files for accuracy, duplication, and resolution; ensure the library reflects brand standards and usage rights.


  • General Marketing Support: Assist with coordination of marketing projects, content creation, campaign tracking, and event materials as needed.


Requirements


  • Education & Experience:  Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Communications, Library/Information Management, or a related field. Experience working with digital file systems or asset management platforms preferred.


  • Technical Proficiency:  Demonstrated experience using Microsoft SharePoint and familiarity with cloud-based file organization. Comfort with Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools is a plus.


  • Organizational Skills:  Exceptional attention to detail, process orientation, and ability to manage large volumes of digital files.


  • Communication Skills:  Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate across departments and clarify complex information.


  • Adaptability:  Willingness to assist with general marketing duties and learn new tools or systems as needed.


Position Details

  • Type: Part-Time Seasonal Position (Avg 15 hours/week)
  • Location: Taliesin West, Scottsdale, AZ (onsite only) 
  • Reports to: Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer
  • Duration: Approximately 6-8 weeks (tentative start date November 1st)
  • Compensation: $16.60/hour
