About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and strategic Omnichannel Excellence Manager (d/f/m). While the role is based in our Munich office, we’re open to other Essity locations including Hamburg, Paris, Dunstable, Gothenburg, and Philadelphia. This is a permanent, full-time position offering the opportunity to make a real impact in a dynamic, international environment.
What You Will Do
Drive business transformation towards omnichannel together with the regions, focusing on direct/indirect models and low- & tech-touch experiences
Collaborate with the Omnichannel Excellence team for Direct/Indirect Models to understand our customers’ holistic omnichannel journeys
Identify opportunities to optimize the customer experience with our brand and products across owned touchpoints and journeys
Define and implement omnichannel best practices (for direct/indirect models) in close partnership with central functions and local sales and marketing teams
Work with the Commercial Excellence training team to support upskilling and training initiatives for omnichannel Virtual Sales
You Identify Yourself With
A university degree in Business Administration, Arts, or Science
7+ years of experience in eCommerce or digital environments
Ideally, experience in B2B settings
Proven track record in working within a global or transatlantic setup
A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
Fluency in English
