Job Title: Career Prep Instructor (Colorado Springs)

Bring your real-world healthcare expertise into the classroom and help shape the future of the industry. We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic instructor to lead afternoon classes (1 PM – 5 PM) at our Colorado Springs campus.

What You’ll Do

As an Instructor, you’ll deliver engaging, in-person instruction across essential healthcare topics, including:

• Medical Terminology & Anatomy

• Healthcare Math

• First Aid & Professional Skills

• Career Readiness

You’ll foster a supportive learning environment, simplify complex concepts, and prepare students for meaningful careers in healthcare.

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to meet candidates who:

• Hold a healthcare license/certification OR have 3+ years of hands-on experience

• Have a passion for teaching and the ability to make learning accessible

• Are available to teach Monday–Friday, 1 PM – 5 PM

• (Bonus) Have prior teaching experience — though it’s not required
