Job Summary: We are looking for a warehouse associate with responsibilities as a backup / occasional box truck driver. You'll be at the center of our state-of-the-art sharpening center where we sharpen and process 80,000+ knives and blades for our customers. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
- Plan, schedule and execute all distribution services including receiving, storing, shipping, handling returned/damaged goods, maintenance and administrative activities to ensure customer requirements are met. Maintains quality compliance.
 - Ensure that the shipping schedules are correctly implemented and that jobs are completed properly. Apply sound communication to carrier base as well as receiving facilities.
 - Ensure that customer orders are picked and shipped in a timely fashion within prescribed cost levels. Develop and implement an effective receiving operation that minimizes cost and ensures receiving paperwork is processed accurately and promptly.
 - Checks and unloads inbound shipments, orderly stacking of product and picking and staging of outbound shipments in accordance with high level of productivity.
 - Verify required inbound/outbound paperwork
 - Counts/verifies and records all product coming into or shipping out of the building, ensuring that all product is properly counted.
 - Assist in physical inventories and cycle counts. Ensure the optimal utilization of dock space.
 - Records: Complete all necessary records and reports in a timely and accurate fashion.
 - Monitor the cleanliness and working condition of all equipment and the facility.
 - Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area. Assist in maintaining warehouse security. Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety; ensure compliance in accordance with OSHA and other appropriate standards. Ability to drive 26 FT box truck as needed.
 - Other duties: As assigned by Management.

Schedule- Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30pm
Salary - $23/hour plus OT
