Salary Range: $15.00 - $15.00 Hourly
Description
This position works with individuals with disabilities and staff in Shredding and serves as a CSR (Driver). Does not require a CDL. Our drivers are typically back from routes by 3:00pm. However the routes take longer on occasion. NO WEEKENDS
QUALIFICATIONS
- A High School diploma or GED and some experience working with individuals with disabilities
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Skills and/or training in customer service
- Able to maintain security of confidential information and follow security protocols
- Must be able to complete and pass a Criminal Background Investigation and drug screening
- Able to drive a box truck and obtain a class D WV Drivers License, pass a DOT medical certification with no restrictions and a functional capacity test
Secure Document Destruction Responsibilities
- Operate Sorting and Shredding equipment
- Drive a box truck to service locations and load/unload materials
- Move and maneuver large recycling bins on wheels up to 350 lbs
- Lift and transfer boxed and bagged materials to be shredded
