Purpose of Job
The Senior CDP Data Analyst will play a key role in the design, development, and ongoing enhancement of our internally built Customer Data Platform (CDP) enabling unified customer insights and driving data-informed decisions across the organization.

- Partner with Data Engineering, Architecture, and Business stakeholders to define data requirements and use cases for the CDP.
- Contribute to the design of data models, schemas, and integration logic that support a 360° view of the customer.
- Analyze customer data across systems (CRM, web, transactional, support, etc.) to identify patterns, segmentation opportunities, and behavioral insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support customer analytics and business decision-making.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across the CDP by defining validation rules and monitoring processes.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and collaborate with developers to implement scalable data solutions.
- Support iterative development by testing new features, validating data outputs, and recommending enhancements.
- Advocate for data best practices and help establish standardized customer metrics and definitions across teams.
- Perform other duties as requested or as needed to fulfill the purpose of the job.

Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong focus on customer data and cross-platform integration.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with building or contributing to custom data platforms or data products.
- Experience with customer journey analytics, segmentation modeling, or personalization strategies preferred.
- Exposure to agile development environments and product-oriented data work preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, R, or similar languages for data manipulation and analysis.
- Understanding of cloud data architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) preferred.
Wage: $112,000.00 - $141,000.00 annually; actual wage is based upon education and experience.

Location: This position is open to remote work hiring within the U.S. mainland, or if the candidate is local to the Eden Prairie, MN home office, will be on-site at this location with work from home flexibility.
