The Director of Strategic Partnerships – Joint Ventures will report to the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and will be responsible for managing and optimizing INTEGRIS Health’s joint venture relationships. This role will focus exclusively on non-managed services, such as surgical joint ventures and ancillary services, ensuring these partnerships align with the organization’s strategic objectives and deliver maximum value. The Director will act as a primary liaison between INTEGRIS Health and its joint venture partners, fostering strong relationships and driving operational and financial success.
Responsibilities
- Joint Venture Management: Oversee all aspects of joint venture partnerships, including governance, operational performance, and financial outcomes. Ensure alignment with INTEGRIS Health’s strategic goals and priorities. Responsible for integrating INTEGRIS Health business strategies into overall partnership strategy and tactical plans
- Relationship Building: Serve as a primary point of contact for joint venture partners, fostering strong, collaborative relationships. Regularly engage with partners to address concerns, share updates, and explore opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Track and analyze the performance of joint ventures using key performance indicators (KPIs). Lead the reporting of goal accomplishments and KPIs. Identify areas for operational or financial improvement and work with partners to implement necessary changes. Oversee the business area budget and forecasting process.
- Financial Oversight: Collaborate with internal finance teams to conduct financial analyses of joint ventures, ensuring they remain financially sound. Provide regular updates and reports on the financial health and growth potential of each joint venture.
- Governance and Compliance: Ensure joint ventures adhere to governance structures and comply with applicable regulations, contracts, and INTEGRIS Health policies. Participate in governance meetings and contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Strategic Alignment: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including clinical and operational leaders, to ensure joint ventures support INTEGRIS Health’s mission and deliver value across the organization. Responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of strategic communications around joint venture activities.
- Growth and Expansion: Identify opportunities to expand existing joint ventures or create new partnerships in alignment with INTEGRIS Health’s growth strategy. Lead efforts to evaluate and implement new joint ventures as appropriate. Direct implementation and development of project plans and timelines, monitor execution to plans and report on status and issues.
- May include independent management of strategic projects for the business area.
- Attend all joint venture board meetings and prepare operational insights for leadership.

Qualifications
- Masters degree in business, healthcare administration or related field required.
- 2 years of experience in a healthcare operations, marketing, sales, or business development setting.
- Preferred knowledge of the INTEGRIS Health landscape of physicians, employers, and affiliate hospitals and current national healthcare policies and trends in political and regulatory environment.
