What You'll Do

As the Director of Resident Experience, you'll design and deliver engaging daily programs that bring purpose, joy, and connection to our residents' lives. You'll:

• Create monthly calendars full of fun, meaningful, and memory-focused activities

• Lead events that stimulate the mind, body, and spirit - from crafts and music to themed parties and community outings

• Get to know each resident personally - tailoring activities around their stories, hobbies, and preferences

• Coordinate entertainment, family events, and quarterly community celebrations

• Partner with other department leaders to make every day special for our residents

• Roll up your sleeves and join in - because here, you don't just plan the fun... you're part of it!

What You'll Bring

• A heart for seniors and a genuine passion for memory care

• Creativity, flexibility, and enthusiasm for hands-on leadership

• 3+ years of senior living or activities experience (preferred)

• Strong communication and organization skills

• A high school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
