Treasury Analyst at Charter Manufacturing Company, Inc.

POSITION PURPOSE/MISSION:

Take ownership of more complex treasury activities, supporting both daily operations and longer-term initiatives. Acts as a liaison between the treasury team and other departments.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2 plus years of treasury or corporate finance experience.
• Knowledge of banking products, cash management tools, and capital markets.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and data analysis skills
• Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with Oracle.
• Three plus years treasury, finance, accounting, or cash management experience

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Manage daily cash positioning and liquidity reporting
• Perform monthly and quarterly debt and investment reporting.
• Develop and improve cash flow forecasts
• Analyze bank fees and recommend cost-optimization opportunities.
• Support treasury technology enhancements
• Prepare treasury-related journal entries and support accounting reconciliation.
• Provide analysis for capital structure, working capital initiatives, and funding needs.
• Follow Environmental, Quality and Safety Management System procedures and requirements.
