Under the supervision of a Speech/Language Pathologist(s), and the direction of an assigned administrator or designee, assist the Speech Language Pathologist in providing, supplementing, enhancing, and extending speech/language therapy services for pupils with speech and language disorders. Maintain appropriate documentation and reports, assist with assessments, collaborate with district personnel and parents regarding therapeutic activities; and other related duties.

Requirements / Qualifications
1. Must successfully complete a pre-employment medical examination and be free of communicable disease. Must meet district and state standards for physical and mental health.
2. An Associate degree, or higher, in Speech/Language Pathology Assistance from an accredited college or Board approved SLPA program; and SLPA license registered with the Speech/Language Pathology and Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensers Board.
3. Ability to pass District Proficiency Examination.
4. Communicate effectively both verbally and written
