Description
This position exists to provide Closeout support to the Acquisition and Assistance Division of NETL by maintaining documentation, tracking, and reporting, in order to complete the contract closeout process.
QUALIFICATIONS - A High School diploma or GED
- Knowledge of quality customer service
- Ability to follow detailed procedures
- Computer Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word and experience working with databases and other software
- Experience in writing correspondence such as business letters
- Excellent phone and other verbal communication skills
- Must complete and pass a Federal Background Check

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Closeout support includes, but is not limited to the full range of activities involved with preparing contract and assistance files for compliance with the close-out requirements set forth in FAR 4.804, as well as preparing files for any other issues identified in the process of final administration and closing-out of the complete spectrum of awards for which NETL is responsible (i.e. financial property, legal, patent and intellectual property, OSTI clearance, research, develop and recommend courses of action.)
