POSITION SUMMARY:
The Director of ENT Services is responsible for the development of full scope ENT services within the Audigy Medical structure, driving the execution of business strategies needed to meet revenue objectives and engage with the membership as needed to ensure we deliver on a premier experience. This individual must possess a comprehensive understanding of the functions of an ENT practice and the ability to consult a medical practice to achieve business and ownership goals. The Director of ENT Services will need to spend significant time directly observing, coaching and developing SBU Managers to ensure the highest level of practice management and customer service is delivered. The ability to identify priorities, set expectations, implement best practices, and motivate teams to excel will be critical to a candidate’s success. Equally important will be the need to build relationships with Members, coordinate with all elements of Audigy and effectively communicate with the Executive level leadership while contributing to larger company initiatives that are vital to the success of our teams, members, and Audigy.
PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:
- Achieve revenue objectives as defined annually through good, better, best targets.
- Identify, refine, and implement best practices through the development of an ENT practice assessment.
- Propose, development and implement services as need to drive ENT channel.
- Provide consultation both directly and indirectly to membership and team members.
- Collaborate with Commercial team to enhance and grow the Audigy membership:
- Webinars
- Prospect events
- Industry events
- Liaison for ASCENT, AAOHNF and other professional organizations as appropriate to build the Audigy brand.
- Represent Audigy as a thought leader in the ENT profession.
- Develop structure within Audigy Medical to assure a premier experience for membership.
- Develop the skills and competencies of SBU Managers.
- Foster teamwork and cohesion of cross-functional SBU Teams.
- Engage and motivate SBU Managers to inspire their best work.
- Collaborate with Leadership team to streamline processes, share best practices, and solve common challenges.
- Develop Shared Services offerings to serve ENT practice groups.
- Maintain a consistent leadership presence and emotional connection with assigned Members.
- Proactively communicate with Executive Leadership

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
- Work in office is required, with occasional hybrid work permitted based on business needs
- Travel required – up to 35% as needed for member events and trainings
- This is a full-time role Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- This salaried leadership role may require occasional flexibility outside of standard business hours to support team and business priorities
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This position will spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers, which can cause muscle strain. This position will also have to do some lifting of supplies and materials from time to time.
