HealthPoint is hiring a Practice Administrator for our Florence Location. This role will manage the following specialties: Vision, Mental Health, Women's Health and the call center for medical and dental.
The Ideal candidate must prior experience managing a busy medical office.
- Tuition Reimbursement for up to $1,000 a year.

Job Tasks:
- Planning, leading and directing day-to-day clinic operations at the Florence location to meet quality and financial objectives
- Staff supervision, development, performance evaluation and monitoring, and initiating disciplinary actions to exceed health center standards
- Managing patient experience, customer service and complaint resolution to meet key indicators of patient satisfaction
- Actively engaged in patient flow and execution of workflows, policies, and procedures to meet patient access and quality goals.
- Results driven data analysis, proactive problem identification and resolution
- Drives operational innovation and excellence in the health center

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in health care administration or business administration
- Masters degree in health care administration or business administration preferred
- 1 Year Management/Supervisory Experience in a Medical office setting
