Job Description:
Manages diverse administrative functions usually for a very large, complex department or business unit. Functions managed may include: financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises, and coordination of certain projects, associate training, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, or communication. May consult with senior management to define and manage projects that encompass and impact many associates. Requires a thorough knowledge of the department or business unit's functional area or products. Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures and financial/accounting practices. May have full management responsibility over a team or may manage one level of managers.

T​he Business Operations Management group provides multi-disciplinary horizontal support for Wealth Management Operations business priorities and deliverables.  The Metrics team within the group performs complex analysis of data and is looking for a candidate to support Wealth Management Banking & Personal Retirement Operations. This is a great opportunity to collaborate with other lines of business within Wealth Management Operations as you work with Business Support Manager II, Process Owners, and Quality Analysts in collecting, compiling, analyzing, interpreting, validating, forecasting, and reporting of key data points. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work efficiently both in a team environment and independently and have proven leadership and strong problem-solving skills.

The day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Perform complex analysis of data using various software's such as Excel, Power Point, SQL, Tableau, SharePoint

  • Providing Global Operations metric reporting

  • WMO internal metric reporting

  • Line of business forum metric packages

  • Adhoc metric data requests and or inquiries

  • Volume reporting

  • Pop Control Metrics

  • Capacity planning volumes

Pay range

$64,000.00 - $115,500.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
