Join PALFINGER and lead the bridge between market insights and product innovation. As Director, Regional Product Application Management & Analytics, you’ll be the voice of the customer—shaping product strategies that strengthen performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction across the region. In this role, you’ll collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Marketing to transform insights into real-world solutions. Based in Schaumburg, IL, you’ll make an immediate impact on how PALFINGER delivers value to customers across North and Latin America. 

Your Responsibilities

• Drive customer and market analysis to identify emerging needs and product opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define and execute the regional product roadmap.
• Translate insights into clear, data-driven product priorities and business cases.
• Champion the product vision and foster alignment across departments and partners.
• Strengthen product performance through continuous engagement with customers and field teams.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in product strategy, business development, or related leadership roles.
• Proven success in cross-functional collaboration within global or matrixed organizations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel across North America and occasionally to Europe.
